Zhiwei Cao, co-founder and chairman of NewCity Investment Holding Group.  He is the vice president of Guangdong New Social Stratum Association, and the president of The Internet & New Media, which is the sub-association of Guangdong New Social Stratum Association. He is also member of the Standing Committee of the Guangzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).

Michael is the Managing Director at NewCity Developments Group Australia. With over 25 years’ experience, Michael majored in International Finance, later studying a Master in Business Management (Entrepreneurship) at Oxford Brookes University. In 1994 Michael was engaged in the establishment of NewCity Guangzhou and was responsible for a number of urban renewal projects and residential projects for the Guangzhou Government. These include Liwan District Neighbourhood, Kengkou Neighbourhood, a new Teacher’s Village in Baiyun District, and Haicheng Garden in Haizhou District. In total, Michael was involved in delivering 20 high-rise and mid-rise projects comprising over 2,000 dwellings. 

Julia has diverse property experience including trust account management, corporate finance management, financial accounting and financial reporting.  She also worked as tax consultants at KPMG for more than 3 years specialising in corporate tax advisory for large state-own companies, listed companies and multinational corporations, restructuring advisory, IPO review and advisory.Julia is responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient operation of the accounting, finance and tax functions. She is the key liaison with representatives from the financial institutions. Julia holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Master of Business (Banking and Finance). She is also a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).

JS has over 14 years’ experience in property industry in Australia and Malaysia, working client side in development management, project marketing, and asset management. JS had worked across various development asset types ranging from skyscrapers to master town planning sites, with expertise in high rise hotel and apartment projects. JS also has experience in management, leading teams of up to 40 people in his previous roles, and holds an MBA from the prestigious Melbourne Business School.

Sailing has over six years of experience spanning the property and construction industry. She is a dynamic professional who excels in driving day-to-day development operations. Her expertise encompasses planning, design development, sales and marketing, legal intricacies, and financing. Sailing's adeptness at monitoring project budgets and overseeing contracts ensures seamless project execution. With a background in Cost Management, she brings a passion for delivering sustainable projects while maintaining cost efficiency. Her personable nature and diligent work ethic are complemented by robust communication skills that foster strong relationships.
